Hi A.M., Gosh, I'm sorry I didn't let you know that I tried capsasin. Unfortunately it didn't work for me, but that is often the case with such remedies. Even antiinflammatories have no effect on easing pain for me. I'm not sure why that is. I much appreciated your suggestion, though! I hope you are well, A.M.

Sorry to hear that! Must be that another car is headed your way! I am always too late for things it seems. I get to the sale rack when everything is gone!
Thanks for your comment on my Thank you letter article. If you suffered any abuse great or small you are a survivor. Just being here today is proof. Going forward is the most difficult part of any abuse cycle. I am truly blessed today and without my history I wouldn't be the woman I am today.
